NUT RULES — WOS STATE 2128
We don’t do NAP — we do NUT: No Unnecessary Trouble.
Welcome to the NUT page, where alliances collaborate to maintain harmony and competitiveness in State 2128. If your alliance chooses not to participate, you may opt out. By default, all alliances are opted in.
NUT Rules
Freedom of Speech
- No restrictions on speech in world or private chats.
- If someone offends you, use the blacklist feature to block them.
City Attacks
- Furnace level 20 and below can attack anyone anytime.
- Do not repeatedly attack the same city to zero them.
- Scouting: Allowed at all times.
Alliance Structures
- Alliance headquarters cannot be attacked.
- Alliance banners cannot be attacked unless the banners block access to facilities.
- If banners block access: contact the R5 and R4 before attacking and allow up to 24 hours to move them.
Tile Attacks
- Allowed only during Kill Event (KE).
- If a player gathers in another alliance’s territory, those tiles can be attacked.
Scheduled Battles
- Alliances can schedule fights by agreement.
- No attacking outside of scheduled time.
Presidency Rotation
- Rotates among the top 10 alliances in NUT.
- “Whales” should switch alliances to help hold the castle.
- Rallies on the Sunfire Castle are prohibited; solo attacks are allowed.
Whale Distribution
- “Whales” should spread out during major events like Castle Battle to create an equalized battle.
Fortress/Stronghold Distribution
- Rotates among alliances with at least 50 active members.
- Alliances can trade fortresses/strongholds based on reward preferences.
- Any alliance not assigned one may attack any fortress or stronghold of their choice.
State vs State (SvS)
- Players can switch alliances to help in SvS.
- Players must return to their original alliance afterward (unless staying by choice and there is space).
- R5s will share the plan for SvS — follow the plan.
Recruitment
- World chat and private message recruitment is always allowed.
- If members leave, it’s a leadership or alliance issue, not a recruitment problem.
- No retaliation against alliances that recruit from another.
Facilities
- All facilities are free-for-all.
- No blocking alliances from “touching” facilities.
- No alliance should control more than one of the same facility type at the same time (buffs don’t stack).
Brothers in Arms Rules
Brothers in Arms is a two-day PvP event. Earn points by killing or severely injuring troops; rewards are based on ranks.
- Shield or Fight: If you don’t want to participate, shield up. Stay in alliance territory.
- City Attacks: Max 2 attacks per city. If a city is burning, move on.
- Alliance Structures: HQs and banners are off-limits.
- Tile Combat: Resource tiles are fair game.
- No Facility/Bear Interference: Don’t attack during facility battles or bear fights.
- Team Strategy Allowed: Organized group attacks are fine within limits.
- Respect Weaker Players: Only attack within ±3 Furnace levels.
Opt-Out Information
If your alliance opts out of NUT, you won’t be protected by these rules and others may engage freely. Make sure this aligns with your goals.
