Queen Zar Has Released A Dark Nursery Rhyme

By Catty von Catacean · 2026-05-21

Queen Zar — spreadsheet architect, state scientist, woman of mystery and apparently many feelings about arachnids — has entered the AI music scene and she did not come quietly.

"itsy bitsy spider" is a dark nursery rhyme. A creepy lullaby. A music box fever dream about something small that crawled into the wrong domain and paid for it with every leg it had. The chorus alone should be studied in schools. "Down came the fist and shattered every part" is not where the original song goes and yet here we are and it is BETTER.

It is worth noting that there is a player in this state named Spider and that he has previously gone on record stating he does not like AI music. The song exists regardless.

Whether Spider has heard it remains unknown. Whether the music box stops is also unknown. Both questions keep this reporter up at night.
