SVS Prep concluded this week. State 2128 defeated State 1989. This was not a surprise. This was not close. State 1989 showed up and State 2128 showed up harder and that is the entire story of the matchup.

Internal rankings: HAVOC first. NLO second. Third place is unknown. 300 fourth. Out of Order fifth. EVL Horizon sixth. 301 seventh. Everyone participated. The sheet got filled out. Nobody did anything requiring an explanation.

HAVOC is, for the record, a fourth-place alliance. HAVOC has won Prep Week. This has happened before. This will presumably happen again. This reporter filed the same story last cycle and the cycle before that and has accepted that HAVOC winning Prep Week is simply a feature of this state that does not require further analysis. HAVOC also receives a Stronghold most weeks. The current system appears to be working fine for HAVOC. This reporter declines to speculate on whether anyone has noticed.
