NUT Leader Chat is where State 2128's actual governance happens. Alliance R5s and R4s coordinate stronghold sharing, debate state rules, and occasionally remember to compliment each other between insults. It's part strategy session, part argument arena, part investigation bureau. Between the drama, real work gets done: organizing state activities, selecting the next president, coaching new leadership on buff timing, and recommending players for battle awards. The personalities are strong. The disagreements are frequent. But somehow, through argument and compromise, the state functions. It's messy, loud, and occasionally exhausting.
