Inside a lantern-lit wooden war room, a longhorn bull dressed as a sheriff points at a large map of a snowy territory covered in pins and string. A stern blonde man sits with his arms crossed, a man with a mustache, goatee, and sunglasses moves a pin, and a brunette woman chained to a jack-o-lantern calmly takes notes on a clipboard. A fuzzy blue baby monster sits on the map eating a cookie. In the back corner a brunette couple kisses, ignoring the meeting. A chalkboard reads Fix 2128 with checkboxes for bear, facilities, practice, and R5 chat. Through the window, a polar bear wanders the snowy street, small hooded figures carry pumpkins, and a purple-haired warrior in armor is starting a fight.

IDK Is Attempting to Fix State 2128 — A Status Report

By Finn Ledger · 2026-10-02

IDK has begun a program to make State 2128 more organized and more efficient. Finn Ledger has logged four initiatives to date. All four originated in IDK.

Initiative 1: Bear trap. At least one IDK player is now inside HAVOC, working to improve HAVOC's bear trap. HAVOC's bear trap has two rules: no blue and no Gina. It was available for improvement.

Initiative 2: Facilities. IDK has offered to send a player to NWO, also on record as the cult of Panda, to help its members remember to attack facilities. NWO members know how to attack facilities. The assistance offered is with remembering to. NWO was last reported carving pumpkins.

Initiative 3: Battle practice. IDK scheduled a battle practice. Attendance from outside IDK: one alliance. It was HAVOC. Later that night HAVOC held an unsanctioned battle for a facility using its new skills. The practice is on record as effective.

Initiative 4: R5 chat. IDK has created an R5 chat. R5s previously communicated in NUT chat, where the volume of messages made it possible for an R5 to be present and unlocatable at the same time. The R5 chat contains only R5s. There is nothing in it to stand behind.

Elsewhere in the state, 300 continues to do its own thing, which is consistent with all prior data on 300. OOO is going to try to rebuild. Neither is an IDK initiative.

IDK is the largest alliance in State 2128. It is also, at present, the only one with a plan for anyone other than itself.

Finn Ledger was asked whether the program is working. Current projection: not impossible. The projection reflects the state, not the program. The one measurable result so far was unsanctioned.

The inputs are sound. Four initiatives, one alliance. The data indicate that State 2128 likes its mess. IDK is proceeding anyway. —Finn Ledger
